System requirements

• Business Central mmust be set up.
• The system has to meet Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central's requirements. More information on this here.
• The DMS Connector is available for the latest supported version of M-Files.
• To use the DMS Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the "M-Files Server Tools" or "M-Files Client" software must be installed. These must be installed on each relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on which the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central task queue is also running or via which the DMS Connector is administered. For the connection of the vault, the M-Files web client needs to be set up (through M-Files Admin).
• An M-Files "named user license" (single user license) to be used as a system user is required for each Business Central database. The username and password of which need to be made available for the configuration process. This system user requires full access to the M-Files vault to be used.
• The DMS Connector App für M-Files from Microsoft AppSource must be downloaded and installed.
