DMS Job Queue Setup

There are several settings that can be configured in the DMS Job Queue Setup. It is accessible via the action [Job Queue Setup] on the page "DMS Setup".

Email Notifications Tab

In this section you have the option of configuring an email account which will be used to send email notifications should an error occur.

Furthermore, the field "To Recipient" needs to be filled out.

Codeunits Tab

In this section the codeunits to be used to initiate an action in certain events (e.g. an error) can be set.

  • No. Execution Attempts: This resets the no. of execution attempts after the job has run successfully. If not set, the job may keep indicating an error even though it has run successfully in the meantime.
  • Send Email on Error: An email notification will be sent in case the of an error with this job.
