About this product
Global Blue for LS is an extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with LS Central. It integrates the tax free shopping service of Global Blue into the retail sales process and allows Tax Free Forms to be issued, printed, searched and voided directly from LS Central.
End-to-End-Workflow
Scope of functions
- Issuing Tax Free Forms at the point of sale (POS) and in the back office
- Automatic check whether a sales transaction is eligible for a refund
- Transfer of the sales data (receipts, lines, VAT rates, payment methods) to Global Blue
- Transfer of the traveller data from the member contact of LS Central
- Combining several receipts into one Tax Free Form (consolidation)
- Printing the Tax Free Form on a receipt printer or as a PDF in A4 format
- Reprinting and voiding of Tax Free Forms that have already been issued
- Automatic voiding in case of returns, exchanges and voided receipts
- Subsequent search for a Tax Free Form that already exists at Global Blue
- Logging of all connections to the Global Blue service
Structure of the solution
The solution consists of three building blocks that appear to the user as one unit:

Prerequisites
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with LS Central
- A valid contract with Global Blue and the credentials provided by Global Blue (user name, password, shop ID, desk IDs)
- An internet connection to the Global Blue service
- A receipt printer with barcode support or a standard printer for printing in A4 format
Note
The credentials and the addresses of the interface are provided by Global Blue. Without this information no Tax Free Form can be issued.
