Global Blue for LS documentation

Global Blue for LS connects LS Central with the tax free shopping service of Global Blue. Travellers from non-EU countries receive a Tax Free Form (TFF) directly at the point of sale or in the back office, without the sales transaction having to be recorded in a separate system.

Typical process

  1. The cashier records the sale in LS Central as usual and completes it.
  2. The cashier calls the function [Issue Tax Free Form] and selects the transaction.
  3. The solution checks the transaction and asks Global Blue whether it is eligible for a refund.
  4. The Global Blue user interface (Integra UI) opens with the sales and traveller data already transferred.
  5. After issuing, the Tax Free Form is printed and the document number is stored in LS Central.
