Global Blue Setup
The Global Blue Setup is the central setup page of the solution. Here the user enters the addresses of the Global Blue service, the logo for the receipt print and the parameters for the sign-in to the service.
The user opens the page by searching for „Global Blue Setup“. The record is created automatically when the page is opened for the first time.
General setup

| [Testing] | Specifies whether the solution works against the test environment (sandbox) of Global Blue. If the field is activated, the [Base URL Sandbox] is used. |
| [Global Blue Logo] | Logo of Global Blue that is printed on the Tax Free Form when thermal paper is used. The logo is shown in the fact box on the right. |
| [Default Token Lifetime] | Validity period of the session token in seconds. Values from 1 to 3,600 are allowed, the default value is 3,000. |
| [Token Time Buffer] | Period in seconds before the token expires in which a new token is already requested. The default value is 300. The buffer prevents a token from expiring while a Tax Free Form is being issued. |

The addresses are provided by Global Blue. Depending on the setting in the field [Testing] the solution uses exactly one of the two addresses.
Warning
After the tests have been completed the user deactivates the field [Testing]. Otherwise only test documents are created in live operation as well.
