Operation
Global Blue for LS is operated in two places: at the point of sale and in the back office. The functions are identical in both places, but differ in the way they are called and in the output of the Tax Free Form.
Calling at the point of sale
The cashier opens the transaction lookup, selects the sales transaction and presses the corresponding button in the POS menu. Depending on the setting of the POS terminal the Tax Free Form is issued on the receipt printer or as a PDF.
Calling in the back office
The user opens the [Transaction Register], selects one or more transactions and opens the action group [Global Blue] in the ribbon. The actions [Issue Tax Free Form], [Reprint Tax Free Form] and [Void Tax Free Form] are available there. The Tax Free Form is always issued as a PDF in A4 format.
In the fact box [Linked Entries] the user sees whether a Tax Free Form has already been issued for the selected transaction.
