POS Terminals
On the POS Terminal Card the user defines in which language the Global Blue user interface is displayed at the respective POS terminal and how the Tax Free Form is printed.
The user opens the POS Terminal Card by searching for „POS Terminals“ and switches to the [Global Blue] FastTab.
General

| [UI-Language] | Language in which the Global Blue user interface is displayed at this POS terminal. The user selects a language code from the language list. The assignment to the Global Blue language code is described in Countries and Languages. |
If no language is entered or the language has no Global Blue code, the solution uses English.
Printing

| [Use Thermal] | Specifies whether the Tax Free Form is printed on the receipt printer of the POS terminal. If the field is not activated, the Tax Free Form is issued as a PDF in A4 format. |
| [ITF Barcode Width] | Width of the ITF barcode on the receipt. The minimum and default value is 40. |
| [ITF Barcode Height] | Height of the ITF barcode on the receipt. The minimum and default value is 40. |
Note
When printing in A4 format a PDF file is created and offered to the user for download. For direct printing the user sets up a default printer.
If a Tax Free Form is issued from the back office, the solution always uses the output in A4 format, regardless of the setting at the POS terminal.
