Connection Log

The Global Blue Connection Log documents every request to the Global Blue service and the corresponding response. It is used for troubleshooting if issuing, printing or voiding does not work as expected.

The user opens the overview by searching for „Global Blue Connection Log“. The most recent entry is shown first.

Fields

Field Description
[Entry No.] Consecutive number of the log entry.
[Request Type] Type of the request, for example authentication, eligibility check, voiding, reprinting or search.
[Connection DateTime] Time at which the request was sent.
[Connection End DateTime] Time at which the response was received.
