Search a Tax Free Form

With the function Search Tax Free Form the cashier establishes the link between a sales transaction in LS Central and a Tax Free Form that already exists at Global Blue. The function is needed if a Tax Free Form was issued outside LS Central or if the link has been lost.

Procedure

1. The cashier opens the transaction lookup and selects the sales transaction.
2. The cashier presses the button for searching.
3. The solution searches Global Blue for a Tax Free Form with the same receipt number and receipt date.
4. If a Tax Free Form is found, the solution stores its document number for the transaction.

Result

Result	Behaviour
Tax Free Form found	The document number is stored for the transaction. Reprinting and voiding are possible afterwards.
No Tax Free Form found	The solution reports that no Tax Free Form was found for this transaction.
Already linked	The solution reports that a Tax Free Form has already been issued for the transaction.
