Global Blue Transactions

The overview Global Blue Transactions shows all sales transactions for which communication with Global Blue has taken place. Here the user sees at a glance for which receipts a Tax Free Form has been issued.

The user opens the overview by searching for „Global Blue Transactions“. The overview cannot be edited.

Fields

Field	Description
[Store No.]	Store in which the sale was recorded.
[Terminal No.]	POS terminal at which the sale was recorded.
[Transaction No.]	Number of the sales transaction in LS Central.
[Doc. Identifier]	Number of the Tax Free Form issued at Global Blue. If the field is empty, no Tax Free Form has been issued or an issued Tax Free Form has been voided.
[Sales Transaction Identifier]	Identifier assigned by Global Blue during the eligibility check.
[Issued Total Amount]	Gross amount for which the Tax Free Form was issued. For combined receipts the amount corresponds to the sum of all receipts involved.
