Stores
On the Store Card the user enters the store-related information for Global Blue. Each store signs in to the Global Blue service with its own credentials and can use its own rules for issuing and consolidation.
The user opens the Store Card by searching for „Stores“ and switches to the [Global Blue] FastTab.
Credentials and printing

| [Shop ID] | Identifier of the store assigned by Global Blue. |
| [Shop Takes Risk] | Specifies whether the store takes the refund risk. |
| [Desk ID PDF A4] | Identifier assigned by Global Blue for output in A4 format. |
| [Desk ID Thermal Paper] | Identifier assigned by Global Blue for output on the receipt printer. |
| [Print Global Blue Credit Note] | Specifies whether the Global Blue credit note is printed in addition. |
Which of the two desk IDs is used results from the field [Use Thermal] on the POS Terminal Card.
Issuing

| [Issue Model Template] | Issue model that determines the scope of the data transferred to Global Blue. |
| [Issue Silent] | Specifies whether the print preview in the Global Blue user interface is skipped. If the field is activated, the Tax Free Form is issued without a preview. |
| [Time Limit for Issuing] | Date formula that specifies how long after the receipt date a Tax Free Form may be issued, for example „1M“ for one month. If the limit is exceeded, the solution rejects the issuing. |
Consolidation
During consolidation several sales receipts are combined into one Tax Free Form.

| [Consolidation Allowed] | Specifies whether several transactions may be issued together. If the field is not activated, only one transaction can be issued at a time. |
| [All Transactions Reach Minimum Amount] | Specifies whether each individual transaction must reach the minimum amount. If the field is activated, the solution checks each transaction separately with Global Blue. |
| [Consolidation Across Shops] | Specifies whether transactions from different stores may be combined. |
| [Consolidate Same Day Only] | Specifies whether only transactions with the same receipt date may be combined. |
Note
The fields [Username], [Password], [Shop ID], [Desk ID PDF A4], [Desk ID Thermal Paper] and [Issue Model Template] are mandatory. Without them no Tax Free Form can be issued.
