Permissions

• Especially for newly established SharePoint environments, SharePoint administrator permissions (tenant permissions) are required to enable legacy authentication via PowerShell script. Information on this can be found here from Microsoft.
• Azure Portal requires the Application Administrator role in order to register the DMS Connector as an app. You can get information about this from Microsoft here.
• For the corresponding site collection which the DMS Connector is to connect to, SharePoint admin-istrator rights/ Site administrator rights must be available. You can get the relevant information for SharePoint from Microsoft here.
• For Business Central, you must have the appropriate rights to install an app. You can find more information about users and permissions from Microsoft here.
• If the setup is not carried out by the administrator, the DMS Connector SP Admin permission set must be assigned to the user in Business Central via the user group management/security groups. For more information on permission assignment, find the relevant information from Microsoft here.
