Configuration instructions
To install the app, follow the guide listed under App installation in M-Files.
- Logging Configuration
- Application Enabled - switches the functionality on/off
- Revision Frequency - to configure the times at which the script runs
- Type
- None – the script never runs
- Interval – if the script is to run at regular intervals
- Run on vault start – should the script run when starting the Vault (in addition to the configured times)?
- Schedule - specifies how often and when the system checks whether documents/objects are available for deletion
- Trigger – specifies whether the script should never, daily, weekly or monthly run. Also requires the configuration of specific days and/or times
- Revision Configuration - for the definition of deletion rules
- Enabled - switches the rule on/off
- Description - enables the naming of the rule
- Filter - enables filtering for specific classes and/or properties
System requirements
The latest version of M-Files is required for full functionality of the deletion period concept.
