PowerKit

The TSO-DATA PowerKit for M-Files includes the following apps, features & content:

Standard Vault

A preconfigured M-Files Vault (document management) with 25 document classes and 15 objects (customer, vendor, article, employee, etc.) for the areas of sales, purchasing and financial accounting for Business Central. Objects, document classes, metadata and workflows (one-step and/or two-step invoice approval process) are preconfigured in the vault. This makes it easier for you and TSO to get started.

Configuration package

The setup package for the DMS Connector includes the setup of the preconfigured M-Files Vault (standard vault) for the interface to Business Central.

E-Invoice viewer

This app enables the display of e-invoices in M-Files (desktop and web client), including a hash value check of the document to ensure that e-invoices are archived unchanged.

Substitute user app

This app enables the automatic setting of substitutions as admin / supervisor on behalf of other M-Files users / employees. This makes it possible to transfer assignments to a substitute for a certain period of time and automatically return these assignments to the original person after this period.

Retention management

This app enables automatic deletion based on rules (e.g. a period of 10 years is specified for the retention of invoices in Germany). Documents for which these rules apply are automatically moved to the recycle bin.

Advanced Metadata Viewer

This app optimizes the graphical display (two-column layout incl. header/line structure) of documents in M-Files.
