The DSGVO Toolbox for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV is an add-on solution that helps you comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Since May 25, 2018, organizations have been required to document, assess, and electronically provide all processes in which personal data is collected, processed, or stored upon request. The DSGVO Toolbox helps you meet these requirements by allowing you to identify personal data, classify tables, and generate and process deletion and anonymization suggestions. You can also quickly and easily document requests from data subjects and export personal data from Business Central / NAV if necessary. In addition, the toolbox reduces documentation effort through integrated evaluations that verify and document user logins and access rights in Dynamics.
