Feature: Enhanced Archiving of Attachments and ZUGFeRD Processing
Description: When registering documents, all attachments are now automatically archived. No distinction is made between manually stored attachments and those embedded within an XML file. Additionally, the new field “Is ZUGFeRD” has been introduced in XML templates. This setting allows you to control which document is archived as the actual document for ZUGFeRD invoices:

  • “Is ZUGFeRD” enabled: The PDF file is archived as the main document. The XML file is archived as an attachment.
  • “Is ZUGFeRD” disabled: The XML file is archived as the main document. The PDF file is archived as an attachment.
