Description: When the "Rejection Enabled" option was disabled in the document category, rejecting a document still triggered a check of the M-Files class and continued processing. With rejection disabled, processing is now stopped immediately and no archiving takes place.

Feature: Enhanced Archiving of Attachments and ZUGFeRD Processing
Description: When registering documents, all attachments are now automatically archived. No distinction is made between manually stored attachments and those embedded within an XML file. Additionally, the new field “Is ZUGFeRD” has been introduced in XML templates. This setting allows you to control which document is archived as the actual document for ZUGFeRD invoices:

  • “Is ZUGFeRD” enabled: The PDF file is archived as the main document. The XML file is archived as an attachment.
  • “Is ZUGFeRD” disabled: The XML file is archived as the main document. The PDF file is archived as an attachment.

Description: When using two or more M-Files vaults, document classes were not correctly filtered per vault. A new "Vault Code" field has been introduced in the document category, allowing each document category to be assigned to a specific M-Files vault. If only one vault is configured, it is set by default.
